    ... Dory type boats tied up near the restraint. We were told that they were about to start a race from our bay back to Kotcula, about 4.5 nautical miles. Each dory had 12 paddlers and a sweep mans steering , just like our dragon boats at home.     ... and checked into a hostel just on the outskirts of town. The hostel offered cheap vegetarian meals and free yoga in the mornings. After consuming so much meat, cheese and bread in the past weeks it was a welcomed change. I am also not one to turn down free yoga even if it is a six thirty in the morning.
