The Island of Pag
... same, so there really isn't much to tell. We were pretty much on lock down for two days. As you can see from our pictures the winds were really bad. I was so bored at one stage that I went for a walk along the water, but it was a battle with the wind nearly tripping me up twice ha. Oh well maybe we will have to come back to the island of Pag another summer to get the true Pag experience. Tomorrow the weather is meant to improve slightly but we are moving on to Plitvice National ...
Sun sea n snorkels

We also made it round to the next bay bit and there was a kind of concreted part smooth enough to sit/lay on. Really hot n not a cloud in the sky we had fights over the lilo we had purchased and then all took it in the sea anyway. Again lots of fish n totally clear sparkly water to keep us busy. Losinj island
... So tiptoeing and clambering carefully to the water we dived in! Again we were instantly surrounded by tons of fish and able to see easily to the bottom and right out in front.
Next it was a quick dry off and time to get some dinner, so wandered back into the action. Stopped in a restaurant cos it looked awesome, big palm trees out front n fresh fish. Checked out the prices on the blackboard n seemed ok so took a seat. We were then brought some bread n ...
Yawn...
... palace walls had been turned into a peddler's market selling junk. The tourists covered every square inch of the Old Town. The ruins were interesting, and it was definitely a solid example of a Roman governor's palace, but the place was CRAWLING with tourists.
It was crowded to the point where it was very difficult to appreciate anything that we were seeing. We also were not there longer than 2 hours, quickly taking in the sites and getting lunch ...
