... happy to start working again, now I was sure I had been going downhill because the walk back was certainly uphill. The lift was closed. I was frightened, not the impossimountain again, the wind was visibly whipping the snow up into the air at 45 degrees. I had that feeling of being able to feel my skull because it was so cold.

The next lift was open – phew! It was the only lift on the whole entire mountain that was open. Not being religious I tend ...

... dubious pleasure of regurgitating the hot chocolate and rum in front of my classmates. It’s actually quite uplifting to have that many people splitting their sides belly laughing, you can’t feel sick for long and have to join in.

Regardless of whether it was the chocolate or the rum, I was happy to stick to water for the remainder of the day and night. As such my photographic evidence is of slightly better composition. ...

      Snowboarding day 2

A travel blog entry by don.vince on Jan 26, 2015

Having been late the day before I decided to go faster on the morning run across the mountain from Schlossalm to Angertal, I said "see you down there" to Garry, hit the road and didn't see him down there. At some point the signage stopped indicating that Angertal was in my future. Evidently I’d taken a left and should have gone right and was spending beautiful time being the fifth person down this side of the mountain back down ...
