... what is with Barcelona and outdoor escalators?! At the castle, we had a refreshing drink (sangria for me) and enjoyed gorgeous views in all directions. My tired feet voted to take the funicular back down! We also walked all through the famed gothic quarter to La Ramblas. I know it's one of those must-do's for Barcelona, but we were repulsed by all the tourists, low quality patio restaurants and gimmicky souvenirs. ...
How has this condo rated in the past?
We just got here, but it seems completely adequate! Bigger than a hotel room and it has a fully equipped kitchen so we can buy and prepare our own food for cheap!
