We just got here, but it seems completely adequate! Bigger than a hotel room and it has a fully equipped kitchen so we can buy and prepare our own food for cheap!

Waking up in Barcelona had its own charm. We managed to find a tiny, local grocery store the night before so we took care of coffee in the morning. But towards noon we got really hungry. We started walking around in search for a reasonable restaurant. Our clerk at the hotel lobby recommended a special one, so again, without a single word in English …

We stayed until the evening and headed back to the hostel where I cooked dinner with the American and his cousin. We then went to the magic fountain show which was a really cool fountain with lights ...
... on tv when we are in Granada on Saturday (fingers crossed)
So that brings you up to date on our travels so far. Its been a hard few days but we are staying pretty positive and ended up having a good time in Barcelona even if we do think that it is absolutely no match for Paris! We are off to drive to the south of Spain tomorrow morning... stopping at no lights and ramming all scooters that get anywhere near us :-)
