The Road to Recovery: Valencia and Alicante

From Valencia, we continued our road trip south and spent an evening in Alicante, another one of Spain's popular, lively beach towns. We decided to keep our dancing shoes stowed away for another night of tranquility, but got a good feel for Alicante's landscape. We found some legit NYC-style frozen yogurt too!

Valencia part deux
... the beach again and we had some felafel, packed up, and my excusion had taken so long, we turned back around and went to the train station. Got into the train and was hoping in vain for cabins and couchettes. Alas no, we got stupid barely reclining seats in fact I'm almost positive we were in the back row and couldn't recline at all come to think of it. Nodded off and slept crappily.
But we woke up in Granada. Which was pretty awesome.
