Holidays, mountains and adios to Emily
... Emily leave again, so spending one last weird travel day together is nice. We've been having a blast here together, and it's tough seeing her go. Along with missing her, her presence here has been sort of a reminder that I do really miss home. I of course love being here, but I'm reminded that what I have back home is pretty great too, and when it's time to go back, I'll be pretty damn excited.

... I hear people speaking English. One of the girls was originally from Santa Barbara, California(Kat),and the other was from Cuba(Gabi)! I had a really good time talking with them and getting to know them! Kat lost her aunt to breast cancer and Gabi lost her grandmother to breast cancer. I shared my loss with them as well.
