Late afternoon we took the dinghy and went wandering around the town. For a resort it has a lovely atmosphere. Found supermarkets which is always a good thing.

Having enjoyed our dip we decided we were in no hurry to move to the next anchorage so just sat back – took the occasional dip to cool down.

... Mondrago in the morning and have had the perfect sailing conditions (at least for us) with moderate wind and nice sea. Kivu was flying considering we only had 6 knots of wind and we were doing 4 miles an hour! ... Tonight at dinner we had a bottle of wine that with the exchange rate and gratuity cost us roughly $60 . We have never paid that much in our life. We plan to see if we can pick up some wine tomorrow in Cannes and keep in room to cut costs. We had the boat drill as is normal before leaving port.
