This visit I focused on juicing and Lars and I both attended the Mindset Classes moderated by Marco. It's always a great exercise to consider where we put our focus and how we approach problems and projects. I really enjoyed shifting my view to a more positive level.

We also enjoyed walking in the country side and discovered the lovely seaside town of Moraira.

After that we drove back down through the hills and into Benidorm. It was quite busy compared to most other places since its winter and we walked around the shops there. I've heard its mostly a big party town and there were lots of bars and restaurants there but I think it was too early for all that to start.
