... who knew needing a place to stay to take an exam would turn out so well!
Classes started this week, so I am looking forward to officially deciding on my courses and meeting more locals now! I am friends with a few people from Murcia, including my 'buddy," a girl from UM available to answer questions I may have about the university or Murcia in general, and who has shown me around a bit.

Today we got up at the horrible time of 5.30am to get our flight. We got a shuttle bus to the airport at Rome and im pretty sure we got air a few times. There was some crazy Italian driving anyway... We had a good flight across to Alicante airport, we were put in the emergency exit rows so we had extra leg room. ... as far as the eye can see. We are truly in awe of this amazing country, the only negative is there is nowhere along any of the highways where one can stop to take pictures which is such a shame because they seriously have spectacular places to photograph. We are now camped for the night in an orange and lemon orchard with all the mod cons, electricity, WC, showers and the treasured wifi.
