... time! After some deliberation we decided from day one to choose a drinks package from one of the three on offer. On Norwegian we had bought a wine package but any bar drinks and coffees we bought separately. They did offer Happy hours which do not exist on MSC. The package we chose is €23 a day each and includes wine by the glass from a selection of 2 whites, 2 reds a rose and two sparklings. In addition most of the cocktails and spirits are included as well ...
Our next adventure (after school, of course!) was to head out to Cap de Formentor. This is a remote point of the island in the north-east corner. Hola, we land in Mallorca and pick up our car. Dave wanted a medium-sized car, so we got something that seemed equal to a limo in size. This should be interesting.
We stop @ Portals Nous for lunch and see how the rich and famous live. The small "boats " are minimum 150' in length. We look around in our restaurant and surprise, we are younguns compared to the rest of the clientele.
... many oppotunities for disasters especially on the three big sea journeys, Southampton to Guernsey, Guernsey to St Malo and Barcelona to Palma, so I'm much relieved for those legs to be over safely.
