... day we took a day trip to Soller. We took an old, antique train there. The train ride was definitely the highlight of the entire trip. It was so beautiful! The landscapes, the towns and houses, the mountains, the trees (lemon and oranges trees everywhere!). Once in town, we walked along the train tracks to get down to the port and picked lemons and oranges off of trees along the way. Well we have stayed in the Spanish Domain (@spaintoolong.com) and headed for the holiday isle of Majorca.
Well not sure if we will stay long..too many bloody tourists!

Mallorca: The 17th State of Germany
... beaches. For dinner, I wanted to take a break from Spanish food so I opted for spaghetti carbonera at a local Italian joint. It definitely hit the spot! After being utterly spoiled with air conditioned hotel rooms over the last couple of weeks, the switch to a barebones hostel proved to be an unwise decision. Palma tour by foot!
... by olives and bread. Inspired by music and creativity enhanced with liquids we chase the blue light for that last perfect photo and close the night back at the wine bar..this time for wine accompanied by grilled asparagus, my new favorite "appy", and an arugula salad. Can't describe much about the food...but oh the wine!!!
All in a days work.
