... wasn’t all Brandy and Jelly Babies though. Michael and John did a bit of running as both are in training (ha ha- see previous paragraph..) for things ending in ‘thon’. The only feedback was ‘it was hot’. No s**t.

I think a good time was had by all after a rather dramatic start.. Thanks for coming Mr and Mrs B and thanks for looking after our house ! xxx xxx

... This is a poor substitute for a guard house, such as the one which was built on the top of Lucero. The box is only big enough for one person to stand up inside. I can only imagine that it was provided as some sort of a joke by a commanding officer whose men had been complaining about having to maintain their patrols in bad weather without shelter. And they wouldn't have been able to use it in a thunderstorm anyway!
