... at the almond fields and a smattering of spring flowers in the valley again. Day 3 The interior of the boat is beginning to brighten with gloss white applied by Andre and Alex. I filled, sanded, painted and helped in a small way! Hot pasta soup for lunch and an invigorating (cold) shower. ... school, James drove us to the east coast to Cala Mesquida (beach). In typical fashion, on the last day we find what was probably my favourite beach! Beautiful sand and crystal clear sea (it was genuinely like being in a pool!). The water was on a strange ledge which made the waves come in from all over the place - lots of fun. But it was also really easy to go quite far out and be completely secluded and very peaceful - the ...

... day as a lot of seaweed had blown in and made the water look a bit black! It was still good for swimming and the waves made it fun. We didn't explore too far from where we parked the car... Which might not have been such a bad idea, as apparently various parts of the beach are for different "customers"... We were in a quite normal section although did get a few shocks when not concentrating or focussing properly! In the evening, we met with Lisa ...
