We got an email from son Jeremy today saying that our approval for Saudi Arabia visas has come through, so we now must plan to head to Madrid some time soon to get to the Saudi embassy to complete things. So we left Sasha behind in Siurana and I got dropped off on the outskirts of Barcelona as they passed by heading north through France to Switzerland. This would be the third time (fourth including a quick stop in the airport) I would go to Barcelona. But I had a few more things to see, a hotel reservation (so tired of hostals) and a couple days to relax before flying across the Atlantic to New Jersey...

... had made it's way around. We climbed some great routes, warming up on a couple vertical face climbs around 7a (5.11d) up to an amazing 7a+ roof with a 7c boulder problem extension (5.12d). We saw a great sunset on the hike back to the campground, had another giant meal and a few beers before turning in.

The next day it was quite cold so we went to another area nearby that was in the sun ...
