Today is the first day of class, which at first was kind of hectic because I didn't realize that there was a meeting instead of actual classes for incoming students in the arts faculty, but thankfully I was not alone in this boat, and got to meet a few more people. We then got back on the bus and headed to Siurana - a lovely hilltop Medieval village - the roads up to Siurana were very narrow and winding, and our bus driver Lionel deserves a medal ...

... a wine tasting. Those of us that didn't walk met at 10am and strolled around the picturesque medieval town of Mont Blanc for a couple of hours. We really enjoyed the walk around the town. Zaida had arranged for a taxi to pick us up at 12.30 and take us to the Milmanda Estate to join the rest of the group for lunch. It should have taken about 15 minutes but the taxi driver got lost and it took us about 30 minutes to arrive. We had a beautiful lunch of cheeses ...
