Me again! Today, I write in my twin bunk to the rhythmic tune of Gerard's snores above me. It's 17:20 and he's been gone to the world since 14:00. I don't blame him either for we are quickly discovering that the preference here is not mornings. In fact, most tapas bars (Barcelona's claim to fame) do not open for dinner until 20:00 and even then you are considered early. Even, most drink bars do not open until 22:00. ... beef ball rolled up and deep fried. The Bombo seemed like a good local choice but it wasn't the greatest texture. The Patatas Bravas at Lolita were the best of the three places we tried them because they were baked and not deep fried.
