... to paint hot mud on each other with paintbrushes then we got into rio negro to wash it off (although our milky white skin is still slightly stained from the mud). Then we went into natural Pools warmed with hot springs to relax -- it was a perfect end to our full day of activites.
We then headed back to the resort and swam up to the bar for a well deserved drink!

This morning I was excited to wake up and ride my bike to yoga again. It is about a 1.5 mile ride on the road to get to the Rip Jack Inn where the studio is. When I arrive it is great to see that it is Dori, the same teacher again. She was fantastic the first time so I am looking forward to it. We have a great class with many poses I have never done before, but when it is over I am completely relaxed and have sweated off some calories ...

I run into 2 girls I met from Germany the night before, a guy from New Mexico and another girl from Canada. They invite me to join them and we have a great dinner with interesting conversation about their travels all over the world.
