We checked-in later afternoon on Thursday to the lovely ‘Anacapri’ apartments, not quite as upscale as out apartment in Brisbane but still extremely nice and located in a perfect spot 5-minutes walk from the town and beach. ... 5ft 6 for any longer than 3-4 hours it would be seriously uncomfortable.
We made it home and luckily Mum and Dad were still here so we had our own taxi home.
It was a great trip and we saw some fabulous things and experienced extremes in weather. I have to say my favourites were the Dolphin Swim at Kaikoura and also the Rob Roy Glacier Hike at Wanaka.
Would I go back to NZ, for sure...

Heute hiess es schon wieder frueh aufstehen (ich dachte wir sind im Urlaub, irgendetwas laeuft hier falsch)...
Da um 6 unser Flieger nach Brissie ging, brachte uns Matze um 4 zum Flughafen. Liv war noch nicht ganz auf der Hoehe und ging zum Check-In mit den Worten: "Der Flieger nach Cairns."
Die "nette" Flughafenmitarbeiterin entgegnete mit einem 4 Uhr Morgens laecheln: "Wir sind schon in Cairns."
Also doch nach Brisbane ;-)
