for the moment I do not like this chaotic city, with crazy traffic, rather dirty, noisy, with the air unbreathable, and many poor people around, people living on sidewalks, even with people who wash themselves with wastewater, dirty children and many beggars, mostly women with babies in their arms

... get me wrong bad things can and will happen here, thats more evident when you see that all the security guards are holding pump action shotguns!? yes really! so you do have to be on your guard but its mostly common sense, for example if your going to a bar at night and its half a mile away from your hotel its probly better to just take a cab, some streets are not well lit and you dont know the area so why take the risk? just be cautious and even ask people if you need ...
