An easy day for site seeing
Slept far more easily last night, having become far more accustomed to the noises of the plateau.
With no real plans we breakfasted and then went on tour - firstly to the church where Joseph was christened, then the windmills on the ridge overlooking the plateau and then to lunch by the big tree.

... though we had lathered ourselves from head to foot in sunscreen, it didn't take long to feel as though we had been baked. We retreated to the Mediterranean restaurant for some meze and ice cold beer before returning to the hotel for a siesta.
