For our final day in Utah I decided to take the kids to the sight of the 2002 Winter Olympics in Park City, about 20 miles from here. The first thing we saw on arrival was the training pool for aerials. There are 4 ramps, each with a different height, that the skiers go down to practice their tricks. We took a small detour to take a quick look at Park City - a small town and a big ski area (home to some of the 2002 Winter Olympics events). There was still some snow left from the huge half pipe and from the freestyle jumps. With no alarm set, we slept until 10 a.m.! Wow! We haven't slept passed 6:30 for so long we can't remember. We got ourselves moving into this new time zone and we were at the airport by 11:30. It is a beautiful sunny day in San Francisco and we couldn't enjoy it. Darn.

One of the girls on the tour, also from Australia spent almost 2 hours arguing with some Mormons about the ideas of their religion at the Temple, who enjoy speaking to people about their religion.
