I'll admit, this wasn't our first visit to Lydgate Beach Park. I may say this is the most beautiful beach (away from main parking area / beach) on the Coconut Coast. If you think of only the protective cove as Lydgate Beach Park, you truly don't know the entire beach park.

We stoped in to see the Russian Fort which is now just a pile of rocks.

It started to rain late this afternoon and it still is.
No walks tomorrow - might go back to our beach if the rain stays away.
