We started our trip fresh-faced and energetic after an amazing night sleep in our beautiful apartment. Marla & Linda took a leisurely 3.5 mile walk along the road looking for a scenic overlook we were SURE was south, but was actually north! Hope they don't keep me waiting till nearly 5pm like last year. The year before was great as I moved out of the hotel room at 10am and went straight to the apartment. If I could get in by 12, I'll be happy. Can't wait to get into the apartment but am sad in a way as it marks the half way point for the holiday.

... and then headed into the "lounge" for citrus water and dried fruit and nuts. After a few minutes I was called by Toni, my therapist from last year. It was nice to see her again. I think she must have used a whole bottle of oil as my skin was drinking it in. Note to self: don't have an abdominal massage the day after eating two bags of macadamia nuts!
