... but only one had a bar. We walked in and straight away realised that bar to them must mean brothel, turned around and walked back out. We were glad to have bought a bottle at duty free and had some drinks back at ours instead.

Our taxi was arranged for an 8 o'clock pick up, so we were up reasonably early, dressed and breakfasted and ready to go. ... in the mood. Caught the metro to what was meant to be a bird sanctuary but was the end of the metro line and a construction sight and not much else! Back on the train to the Dubai mall for a look there again and to find the dancing fountain. We got a table at a restaurant looking right at the fountain, it goes off every half hour and so we saw it twice, second time was dark so more spectacular!
