From Bribie it was only a short drive to Broadbeach on the Gold Coast to see Ted's son Josh and his partner Tegen. We kicked back there for a few days, doing some shopping and also taking a trip out to Ipswich to see Ted's sister and her family - a great barbeque was had by all!

... later and the Superman rollercoaster and Lethal weapon ride were brilliant (worth the entrance fee alone!). They also had a wicked stunt show, with rally cars and motorbikes doing handbrake turns, donuts, wheelies, it was hugely entertaining and they acted it out like you were on a film set with loads of cameramen and a director (fortunately i didn't get picked out this time).
