      Surfing-
      Went to Zeds surfing adventure for 2 lessons, stood up on every wave I caught, which is such a rush
      Atlantis submarine dive
      went out to the submarine on a boat, went down to 150ft to see the coral and the sea floor, as well as a wreck of a ship covered in life. Night time dives show up amazing colours on the reef. We saw lots of fish and thousands of baby squid are attracted ...

      ... playing and we're having great fun. Omara heads to bed - pregnant ladies need lots of rest you know - while we stay up putting the world to rights.

      The guys decide to smoke the cigars that they bought in Bridgetown and to partake in some cognac too. That's my cue. I'm off to bed.

      All the signs are that it's going to be a long night and in the words of Bette Davis "hang on to your hats it's going to be a bumpy ride..."

      ... see some lovely flowers and the visit was completed by a glass of rum punch. Finally we visited Sunbury Plantation house, which was built over 300 years ago when riches were to be made by owning a sugar plantation worked by slaves. The house later became a museum and is looked after by the Barbados National Trust. It contains some beautiful furniture and numerous antiques.
