      ... our first full day at sea and a much more relaxing leg of the journey,with interesting lectures, some competitive trivia comps and of course, more eating and drinking, and evening shows! It's exhausting doing nothing all day, so on a full tummy, tonight we sit back in our suite and prepare to relax to a movie before heading off to bed for a good night's sleep to another rolling swell on the Atlantic.

      Surfing-
      Went to Zeds surfing adventure for 2 lessons, stood up on every wave I caught, which is such a rush
      Atlantis submarine dive
      went out to the submarine on a boat, went down to 150ft to see the coral and the sea floor, as well as a wreck of a ship covered in life. Night time dives show up amazing colours on the reef. We saw lots of fish and thousands of baby squid are attracted ...

      ... One very friendly woman gave us some information about the organic farmers market and encouraged us to visit it on Sunday morning. She admonished us to make sure that we wear proper walking shoes to get there. Henry was reprimanded when he suggested that he would be fine in his sandals.
