The port area seems so very well prepared to accept the onslaught of the cruise trade but the stores seem to be devoid of usual touristy junk instead they display quality linens and handcrafted sweaters with a familiar Baltic look to the design in their windows. There are a bunch of old castle looking towers sprinkled throughout town. The widest of the towers is called Fat Margaret Tower. I felt bad that they are calling her fat... could have named it after a guy... I'm just saying. ... to Tallinn late Sunday night & I started to get shivers so we located the hospital. Dr was a little aloof when I told him my symptoms which were primarily lower abdo pain and extreme nausea - no big deal really. - took urine & blood samples which then got his attention. Here's me thinking I would be out in the hour and I was admitted with a creatinine level of 230
( if you are in the medical know the normal is below 5)
