    ... of kangaroos and wallabies and got very close to them to feed them and to stroke them, but every time the grown-up got really close they hopped off. I think the kangaroos like the grown-up more than the wallabies, as they kept hopping away quick. I don't think that they liked me either.

    ... side for so long!

    We drove down to the Port Noarlunga beach for a swim at the mouth of the Onkaparinga River. It is one of Rainer's favourite spots and good because it is a bit calmer and you had float on the current out to the ocean. After climbing up the stairs back to the car, we had an ice cream at Port Noarlunga before driving back to Warradale.

    ... yes, I had a good dose of cabin fever! I stopped a few times to get some photos and to take in the air. Saw some great signs on the side of the road on this leg too. Some official and some not. Australian humour is so dry. I glanced up somewhere along the road and someone had put up a row of old felt hats on a stick on the side of the road and added a sign that said “Felt Hat Row”. I had to chuckle.     ... simply drinks and today was no exception. Easy I thought, I ordered a flat white coffee and a Tuna Mayonnaise sandwich without lettuce, wrong I did get the coffee with no problems but then they bring up the sandwich not only with lettuce but also toasted, hopeless.
