We drove down to the Port Noarlunga beach for a swim at the mouth of the Onkaparinga River. It is one of Rainer's favourite spots and good because it is a bit calmer and you had float on the current out to the ocean. After climbing up the stairs back to the car, we had an ice cream at Port Noarlunga before driving back to Warradale.

Australian humour is so dry. I glanced up somewhere along the road and someone had put up a row of old felt hats on a stick on the side of the road and added a sign that said “Felt Hat Row”.
