      ... before going home. Still no movement at the Aire and the weather was clouding over so we left, stopping at a Lidl on the way round the lake. There were heaps of paraponters around, including one who had crash-landed in a tree. Lots of cyclists too. There is a track right round the lake - 43km which I would have been keen to do if the weather had stayed nice. We stopped for a while at an Aire at Faverges but decided to go on to Albertville to a nice Aire that was empty. ...

      ... town called "Tournus," until last night. The apartment we rented for the week on a website I highly recommend (airbnb.com) came with two bikes. So Emily brought her bike from Tournus on the train. This way we would all be able to bike easily around Anncey together.
