After a short night we went for one last breakfast at the Calypso restaurant at 6.00h since we had to leave the ship at 7.30h already. The transfer to the airport was as always well organized by AIDA.
Thankfully, Iberia was not on strike that day and so our flight to Zurich via Madrid went smooth and we arrived home in the evening.

We had 2 great weeks with nice weather, good food, unforgettable impressions and lots of fun.

... Glad to report the old German Vs English sun bed competition is in a good state of play and we, fitting poorly into either camp were kept entertained.

I put on a few kgs thanks to the chefs in the kitchen and generally we found GC to be a rather excellent place to get away for a week..... would were it a little closer. Still there are plenty of other islands to check in that region in the future.
