Today stared out a bit hazy with cloud cover. That is actually welcoming so we don't burn to a crisp. Once again we spent about 4 hours at the beach. The water is warm enough that I can walk in no problem. No stopping required. Not very busy at the beach even though we had some sort of revival group doing some team building exercise. ... hot. Managed to work up a nice blister on my heel so no on the lookout for some sandals to finish the week! With breakfast done a siesta sounded like a good idea so, guess what? Yup! Got in a nap listening to the ocean.
After the siesta break, went down stairs for a margarita and shared nachos with Shari and Tony. Pretty tasty! Went back to the balcony to enjoy the view and ...
... we belong to costs $35 a year. That made no difference to them. We got the same service and prices as the members that pay more than that per month. The pool and hot tub are downstairs and upstairs is an open-air restaurant. It sits right next to the marina. The view was gorgeous and the food was excellent as well as inexpensive. Later of course it's off to find a sports bar to catch some NFL playoffs. Even though my Boyz are not in it, I will root like hell for New Orleans to destroy Philadelphia!

... are quite strong but after you get past the breaks the water was beautiful. We had lunch at the Barefoot Grill right next to the Marlin Bar where we were getting our drinks. Dave drank mojitos and Ann tried a piņa colada; it was too sweet for her so she went to virgin mojitos. For lunch Ann had tortilla chips, salsa and guacamole and Dave had a burger and fries.
