    Had a wonderful afternoon exploring Castillo de Sant Barbara (hugecastle/fort at the top of hill in Alicante) and listening to some of the 3 Reyes (3 Kings/Wisemen) festivities from the top of the castle. Tonight the 3 Kings (Wisemen) arrive! There were huge celebrations here in Spain. We could hear a marching band and see signs of a parade and huge crowds from the top of the castle. Later we saw on TV lots of celebrations all over Spain with kings and beautifully dressed women ...

    Sailing down the coast of Spain en route to Tangiers. It is a beautiful day, the sun is shining and the Med is like a mill pond. We had breakfast and then off to play deck quoits and shuffleboard. George and partner Lorna won the quoits and I was in the other semi.
