My last full day in New York. How sad is that. I had my final Aerial Silks class here. Luckily, Jen James (my favorite teacher was there) and even though it is very hot outside we managed to work out. I even got to do an aerial invert, which I have had trouble with for a longer time now. So I am very happy to be able to close it off that way. ... checkpoint. Other than a couple of metal detector buzzes, it went quite well and none of us were requested to go through the body picture scanner. The girls looked quite sweet as they passed through the metal detector. Mommy would gently nudge them forward and they looked with sweet and somewhat pensive little eyes at daddy as they passed through. ... only stop was in a food court for some much needed salad... it was a pay by weight food court.. we had no idea that salad weighed that much - $30 later (for a massive salad with heaps of good stuff though).
