We are back at the AKA. Our fifth visit. Another great room, although different to last time. There's a new gym, new lounge area but our friends from our past five visits staffing the front door and desk. It's great to be back.

Superbe appartement dans une rue agréable, tout près de Times Square et Broadway. Personnel très aimable et serviable.
Petit bémol, la vaisselle est réduite à son strict minimum.

Today has been absolutely scorching. Walking out of the air conditioned hotel into the ridiculously humid outdoors was not pleasant and it took us a while to acclimatise. We were very hot and sweaty tourists. We started our day by walking towards the start of the high line. Along the way we walked past Maddison Square Gardens and Macys both of …

We had an uneventful flight home with Marion sitting next to Julian Savea's partner and having a chance to talk to her about her upcoming wedding and the All Black tour. Mum met us at the airport and took us to the flat, which we greatly appreciated and we then went home to Waikanae (with much better weather than we had experienced in ...

As we traveled through Brooklyn, we were very lucky to catch a film been shot, and not just any film, a Stephen Spilberg Film ;). Pretty sure ben was in his element. ... but so far the chances of that are slim.

Jette has not been to New York before, so we set off to explore the different districts on foot. The weather was beautiful: sunny but not too hot to walk. I think it is good to walk the city, for it is then that you really get a feel, for the place and see the instant change as one walks from one district to another.
