... I use that term generously, is surprised I did not want it to go. In NY coffee is meant to carried and drunk. The idea of sitting and savouring nothing but a good coffee has yet to catch on as far as I can see.
I head back to the hotel and make arrangements with Darryl to meet up down town for a few quiet ones. In retrospect our meeting place was two stops too far along the F line, but we meander up Canal Street until we get to the East Village. Again the walk highlights ...
Day 2 - New York City
... and didn't have too much luck with getting directions from the people we were asking - a lot of blank looks at the mention of 'ugg'?! After walking round in circles for a bit we went into a shop to ask again for directions, a guy working there offered to look it up on the internet for us and where did it end up being...just down the road from FAO Schwarz where we had started out earlier that day! By this point it was about 3pm and we realised we hadn't eaten ...

Superbe appartement dans une rue agréable, tout près de Times Square et Broadway. Personnel très aimable et serviable.
Petit bémol, la vaisselle est réduite à son strict minimum.
