Well I have been back for over a week now. This extraordinary experience is beginning to fade now I am in this new chapter.

I am so grateful and humbled by the whole experience. As I spend Christmas with cherished friends and dear family, I realise just how lucky I am.

The support I have had from really wonderful people who are kind and caring also humbles me. This entry is for them to say a huge THANK YOU.

      HAPPY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE.

      SEE YOU NEXT TIME.....;)

Lunch eaten and rainsuit on once again I head onwards for the final few miles to the port. Here I was expecting the usual 50 or so cars to be checking in for the ferry but to my surprise the place was totally empty and free of cars. T rode right up to check-in and got my ticket and was signalled to proceed straight into customs. After ...

The Lambton Hounds Inn, Durham. Weather was fine and windy Left Upper Largo and drove towards Edinburgh. Driving across the Forth Road Bridge was very windy, high vehicles were banned from crossing. Gusts of wind blew our car. Found the Royal Britannia Yacht after using the IPad. Did a tour of the yacht which was very interesting. The royal areas were very well done but not ...
