... it was definitely a different feel to San Diego as soon as we got to Coronado. It was like a little sea side town with cute little houses all lined up on the streets. As you drive down the long sea stretch, you have the harbour one side and the beach and sea on the other. Was nice and further down the bottom there is a car park which you can stop in and take photos if you wish.

It was nice to get out and see a bit more of San Diego - tomorrow is the famous Zoo!

... they could train cats to do what they did).  The timing was great, and this was actually my favourite part of the day.  Then it was time for the dolphin show, with some birds thrown in.  Again - seeing these dolphins jump and flip was really amazing.   There is so much to take in...we ended up far near the top.  One funny part was when the dolphins were splashing people, and this couple thought they'd be smart ...

... Southern California weather is everything it's cracked up to be - stunning is the only true descriptive! After breakfast, we spent the morning lazing by the pool, then we headed off to explore the old town area, where we enjoyed a late lunch/early dinner at the highly acclaimed (and rightly so!) Cafe Coyote: http://www.cafecoyoteoldtown.com/contac t.html Mo had Tequila Lime Shrimp and I chose the Beef Chimichanga, both washed down with the ...
