... pretty awesome to see. The zoo is set on a hill (which we knew), but all of the construction makes it a very linear event. There is no loop to speak of, it's all one way. That means that after meandering through the whole zoo, we had to hike the mile or so back up the hill to the top of the zoo. The good news is that it's all downhill to the Metro stop. ... Doch wurde diese Bekleidung schnell zur Qual, da das Thermometer wahnsinnige 72 Grad anzeigte. Zum Glück aber nur in Fahrenheit, was aber immer noch mollig-warmen 22° C entspricht.

... but you can't see it in your own country. I feel like I'm free to make my choice out of several things on a list, but I'm not actually free. Free to do what you tell me I'm allowed to do. Obviously, societies need laws, and I'm not disputing that. I'd just like to point out that some European countries, for example, have fewer laws, more freedom and all hell has not broke loose as of yet.

Good Day, Ms. Cobaugh's class!

I am getting ready to go to Washington D.C. with Aunt Rhonda and Uncle Narci. We are flying on American Airlines and my friend Chloe is traveling with us, so we can hang out while Rhonda and narci are working!

We arrived in DC! We took a bus ride to the hotel and rode up this cool glass elevator, set our bags out and went outside to find a place to eat and shop a little.
