We biked up to Altea old town to see the church with blue tiled roof. Beautiful from the outside but not so good inside. The surrounding streets were full of artisan shops and a few small cafe's with excellent coffee. Bikes down again and along the front for lunch but found ...

This visit I focused on juicing and Lars and I both attended the Mindset Classes moderated by Marco. It's always a great exercise to consider where we put our focus and how we approach problems and projects. I really enjoyed shifting my view to a more positive level.

We also enjoyed walking in the country side and discovered the lovely seaside town of Moraira.

... of a plant called Neptune Grass which only grows under the Mediterranean. Then a couple of days ago both the 'hairy balls' and the jellyfish all disappeared and the beach is pristine.

Back at the Shanty Town Site I have been having problems with the water, there is a tap on my pitch so I can keep my tank filled up but the water is not only extremely hard but also brackish and it produces a substantial quantity of disgusting ...

... I didn't know that at the time and worried about it for the duration of the 2 hour drive to Valencia.

Valencia was another thing! I don't choose to drive in cities if I can avoid them but I don't have any real problem with them, however in Valencia they have ROUNDABOUTS the like of which I have never seen. One minute you are driving along a two lane, busy road in the city centre when suddenly it widens to 8 or 10 lanes in each direction ...

... is a nice outdoor shopping centre to walk around. We had a buffet lunch which was like sizzler but much better. There was a huge selection and they even had sangria and beer as part of the buffet bar! We went around the shops a bit and I tried to get some nice boots, since they are a lot better quality than Australia but they only had small sizes. I got a few things from the primark there which is a cheap shop which I used to like in England.
