As day three approached us we booked a tour out to Fraser Island. This is the largest sand island in the world stretching 125 km by 24 km. We were woken up by the alarm clocks at 5 am to be picked up with our tour guide at 6 am. As we ...

Up around 8am today, feeling good. It was absolutely pouring down with rain! We walked across to the Noosaville Bakery under our umbrella to pick up some pastries and cappuccinos for breakfast. Monday and Tuesday i had off from the restaurant, so i made the most of it by using the free busses that are running until 5th Jan. On Monday me and Monica went to Maroochydore and Moloolaba, an hour away. We walked around the beach and shops, spending Christmas pennies, and went out ...

The first morning on the Sunshine Coast began with a swim in the rooftop pool before having breakfast all together. We headed out to a near by waterfall called Kondallia falls. After a short drive and hill climb we reached the forest which we walked through to reach the waterfall. There has been little rain over the past four months here so the waterfall was more of a trickle but there was still lots to swim in and cool of. For lunch we enjoyed ...
