        ... the cathedral, crypt and temple. In the area of the old palace walls there were shops, shops and more shops. Had a wander around, again some cute little alleyways to venture into. Sat on the promenade area at the port and had a drink while waiting for the ferry which took us back to Trogir. We went back to the same restaurant for dinner as the night before as the food was great and the service from Ivana the waitress was fun.

        With a break in the rain we decided we needed to move on as need to make Rovinj by next weekend. Very overcast but a good sail up to Molat and once we were through the gap and on the west side of Molat the seas were much calmer.         ... The boys all stayed out in the town to watch the football and caught a taxi back.
        Tomorrow we gave free time in the town until 1pm and we head for wine tasting :-) then onto the Plitvace national lakes for the next 2 nights (Unesco heritage site). Should be pretty awesome!

        Waking up in Zadar, we got great tips from our AirBnb host as to which island we should visit for the sand beach we were looking for, and apparently it's not very easy to find a sand beach in Croatia since most beaches here are rock beaches, so not very comfortable to lay on.

        She recommended the Dugi Otok Island, and the beach was in the northen part of the island near Sakarun. It isn't very well ...

        ... place and didn't do food. So we put our hoods back on and ran around the corner to the next restaurant. We got a seat and had a flick through the menu, then as we ordered, they didn't have three of the things we asked for! No hot chocolates, no staropramen beer, and no mushrooms for the pasta! Lame!
