... of the whole place was in fact a bit Sydney Opera House - meets Star Wars! One building has even been dubbed as 'Darth Vadar' (see if you can pick it from the pics!) We wandered around, enjoying the outdoor photography exhibition and quite blown away by the feel of the place, whilst thanking our lucky stars we weren't paying for film in this very photogenic location!

... have either seafood or the white meats - never together! While we both love seafood, Jim and I opt for a Valencian paella, which is chicken and rabbit. Lunch is an all afternoon affair in Spain so we enjoyed the next couple of hours slowly working our way through this wonderful meal. March 19th this year was interesting for 3 big reasons. First of all, it was Father's day in Spain, so happy Father's Day to all those dads out there reading this. Second of all, the moon was really close to the earth, like the closest it's been in my life or something. I hope you saw it. Third, and most importantly, I went to Valencia for Las fallas. Woah.
