... the case at ALL. In fact, one group was so loud and distracting I moved to the other side of the memorial so I could actually focus. I wonder why the same expectation isn't held here? NYC is busy. It is full of people and vehicles. I kept trying to imagine what it was like on that day. The amount of chaos must have been .....just.....I can't even find the words.
