Forgot to mention last night while we were having dinner on a side walk cafe, Woody Allen and his young Asian wife walked past and headed into a radio station. First celebrity we have seen, he is not looking good but she is looking great.

Despite my best efforts, it was after 10 when we left the RV this morning. They act like they are on vacation! Five blocks up the street and we were on the metro again. I can not imagine facing that task every day to and from work. Another reason to love home!
When we arrived in Manhattan, we purchased metro tickets that would allow us to travel within the city. Our first stop was Times Square to hopefully purchase tickets for a matinee ...

... which was only a 2 minute walk from our current one. We had dinner at a packed out Chinese restaurant which happened to be another one that has featured in Man vs Food ( Both our meals were seriously hot (spicy). We might regret our food choice in the morning...

When withdrawing money in the USA every bank charges $3 we worked this out after going around the city trying to find one that didn't (that was fun) get cash back when buying things and there is no charge!
finally if you want to be clean, wash your hair every day. After half a day in the city I washed mine and the water literally ran black! Yummy!

... people fill in these forms all day and was tired, so it took us a little while of being able to hand her exactly the right ID and payments as she asked for them before we got her to smile. Then she handed us the form that we had to sign. When we'd applied for it online, we'd had to allocate ourselves as Spouse A (me) and Spouse B (Valerie).
