... orchid garden with a lake and an overhead walkway. An unusual feature was the many models made entirely of flower pots, there were animals and cars constructed of flower pots. In the garden we were shocked to come across a couple of live un-caged tigers. Fortunately they were chained to a large stone slab and looked very docile. In fact one required repeated prodding to keep it awake. Presumably they had been well fed but

... started to que up so as to lie on the sand in various sexy poses to have Photo taken. Not sure what Urchin made of it all. Well actually I do. ... week we had 'teachers day' at daycare. All of the children are taught a routine which on the day involved them bringing in flowers and walking on their knees to us, praying and bowing down and then handing over the flowers. It was very sweet and we all had tears in our eyes (why am I such a baby?!). Now it's our Friday afternoon off and I am ready for a nap but have just been told I need to do donation boxes - there goes my plan to ...

... trekking. We plan on heading back to Bangkok on Friday to go to Khao San Road and get ready for the tour. We may also see the Golden and Black Buddha if time.

The mossies have finally got us too! Which really spoils going out in the evening, but we are armed with a ton of bug spray and hydrocortizone so will soldier on!

Will update you all with another installment again soon!

    Missing you all lots
