I packed last night so I just need to have a shower and then head to the train station at about 10.20am. We should be there by 10.30am and our fast train to Milan leaves at 10.58am. Last night little Puddie did some reading about the thieves and pick-pockets that call Stazionne Milano Centrale their home ground. It has put him on guard. He has read ...

... we couldn't seem to find any bars or even a trattoria to rest our weary legs and quench our thirst. After a further unintended walk through what we can only assume was Milan's ghetto (!), we found ourselves on our way back to our hotel. We figured that surely there would be some restaurants or pizza shops near there... Wrong again! We did however find a very cheap pizza place that served us 2 massive pizzas and a carafe of Lambrusco ...
