... a really nice little place called Aspen Over Easy. They did breakfast along with normal lunch. The food was so good and we are already planning on revisiting here when we hopefully go back for the X-Games in January.

... enjoy the offer...we picked a restaurant up in Beaver Creek called Golden Eagle Inn which you could pick 2 courses for that price. It was so delicious....they also gave us homemade sourdough bread with a butter that had been mixed with paprika and other herbs!! What a treat!

Turns out I must have had some sort of altitude sickness at 3000m above sea level... That happened on our hike in Santa Fe as well.. well, now I know :)

I recovered quickly and finished the hike at least...

... a wiser individual with an abundance of new life experiences.

When Darren and I got back to Boulder we had to come to terms with our second out of the three goodbyes we would face during our time together. It was hard pulling away from his house and leaving Boulder. My heart felt heavy and was telling me to stay, yet I also wanted to see my family at the same time. I headed an hour south ...
