... viewing platform. What was the point of that? Tibidabo rises 512 metres and looks out over the whole of the city. Climbing an extra 50 metres isn’t going to get you any better view. It is the same view but only things will look slightly smaller!!

At the summit of Tibidabo stands a very characteristic church called Sagrat Cor (Sacred Heart). The flying Jesus that sits atop the spire is reminiscent of the Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio de Janeiro.

... Parc de la Ciutadella; was once a fort that kept the city in line after the spanish war As you can see I got alot of history today. It made me like the place even more. Ok ok enough of that. ... the bus tour yesterday. there wasn't many shops but we did all find cute tops in Mango, Barcelona. We had some dinner there, screw waiting for and 8 o'clock meal like the locals do! Lol we then walked to the Museum with the magic fountain to wait for the fountain light show that we were told starts at 9. ... mainly it was just drizzle or very light rain but as we neared the stadium, the heavens opened and we got soaked!
