      ... dinner. The two trainers were getting seriously worried when nobody showed any initiative, but I wasn't, because I had made sure there were some veggies in the kitchen to make a salad. A good thing, too, because most (eastern european) national cuisine consists of potato, corn starch, eggs, more potatoes, cream and croque monsieurs.

      ... in the upright position. In the late 18th Century a plague struck the tribe and effectively wiped them out. The Lithuanians today still remember them and have maintained the burial grounds as a memorial.
      I went to have a look, it didn't take long as they re all crammed in together by the looks of things. Oh well, the benefits of burying midgets standing up I suppose.

      When I woke up yesterday in the forest nearby Tallinn we heard lots of loud gunfire including bursts from a machine gun and occasionally from what sounded like a bazooka.
