    Today was the first day of the Alp Trip. We left around 9 am in the morning and arrived at Gamisch-Park about 2.5-3 hours later in the very south of Germany. The scenery was like nothing I had ever seen before.     Travelled by train from Prague to Mikolov which is in the region of Moravia Mikolov is a small but very interesting town with sone lovely architecture Soft pastel coloured buildings visited the castle and walked through the town square.     ... houses, all but 4 have survived. Hotel Joseph is the renovation and combination of 5 separate houses. UNESCO requires that the original roof line, structure etc be retained. As a result, no two rooms in the hotel are alike and the interior has many levels.
