We continued our trainings at an indoor pool in Bergamo, Italy. The swimming was very challenging and tiring. However, we pushed through. We worked on skills to help set up our teammates and not just looking for our own shot. Near the end of practice we scrimmaged a little bit and it was very beneficial.
After practice, we traveled to the base of one of the highest points of the city of Bergamo. We then proceeded to walk up 263 steps ...
... and ate lunch. The staff provided us pasta ravioli, French fries, and kabobs. After lunch we went back in the Sports Center and played futsal(indoor soccer) in a little stadium. The first game of the World League Super Final games started at 4:00, and went till 8:00. We watched all four games and it was astonishing to see such high level water polo in person. We watched Australia vs. China, Italy vs. Hungary, Brazil vs. Serbia, and USA vs. Croatia. When USA ...
... this is now an afternoon stop. The good news for the long term is that the local Italian flying community have developed there own brush system which completely improves the original factory system, so we are also retrofitting that. So losing a day, but will pay back in the future.

We departed Milan about 8:30am for our North Lakes tour (4 days, 3 nights).
This was the first mix up of our trip. We thought pick up was from hotel and waited and waited. Finally we contacted Carrani Tours - and we're waiting in wrong place. Anyway they came and picked us up. Somewhat embarrassing! Our tour guide for the whole tour is Allesandro and our bus driver is Renzo.
Milan, Lake Orta, Stressa, Como
... things to see and do in the area, and it would be worthwhile to come back again for a longer stay.
