    ... to give up, it had a turned into a baby, it just kept getting bigger and bigger, it would not be walked off. We had a drink at a bar and it got a new lease of life, the cous-cous baby was stealing all my bodily fluids.

    Anyway. We arrive at Kerfany at 4pm. As usualthey are delighted to see us. Annie's not there, she's doing some painting or something. The last time they saw Will he was 6 or thereabouts. Isn't he handsome etc etc. Just like his father was. WAS? thanks Isobel.

    ... bar for the quiz we came upon the Oasis Spa, their beauty salon. In the lift lobby nearby is a table set out with promotion material and a strange bowl full of equipment. Have a look at the picture. I understand what the poles are for (beating clients until their bruises match their natural complexion), but what's the white ball thing with the sticky up bit for? Answers please on a postcard care of The Acardia, The middle of nowhere.
