... Now having said that, we rode a BMW 1200RT around the US a couple of years back, and it was really good, and we took a Harley for a joy ride in Oxford before Christmas, and it was very impressive as well. When a green run turned blue and we were faced with several rather steep drops, ridiculously considered 'slopes' the talked about confidence quickly disappeared. Ploughing wasn't going to get us through that though and at this point Tori, I began to reconsider your quote 'nothing great was ever achieved staying in your comfort Zone'. As to conquerer this one, we actually needed to ...

... became more rough with some potholes as the vegetation thinned - we were clearly above the snow line. Then a summit came into view after a small tunnel and with sheer cliffs in several directions we would need to concentrate. The sheer vistas and 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains made this optional žside trip seriously worth while. Stopping at the cairn I took many photographs and felt lucky to be on my own and not sharing either the place or the small narrow ...
